When creating a custom role the options for access are No Access, Read Only or Full Access. This guide will provide what Full Access provides for each section. No Access indicates the user is not able to view the details while Read-Only allows a user to read the information.
Business Licenses with an Admin, Operations Manager, Chief Pilot, or Fleet Administrator role have full access to all aircraft profiles. Custom Roles will have no impact on the permissions for such users.
Custom roles are designed to be used in lieu of, or in conjunction with already existing Avianis user roles and may negate the need to apply any traditional Avianis role to a user.
Full Access allows the user to edit all fields within the Aircraft > Profile from Accounts to Billing Expense Status.
Trip/Flight Log Preferences
Full Access allows the user to set the trip/flight log preferences.
Full Access to photos allows a user to upload and remove the photos.
Flight Time Configuration
The user when granted Full Access is able to enable/disable the global flight planning engine, edit the flight time configurations and set the distance cruise profiles.
Flight Time Threshold
Full Access to the Flight Time Threshold gives the user the ability to enable and set the value for checking departure time and flight time variances.
With Full Access the user can access the engine section within the profile tab and has the ability to create, edit, remove, and make inactive an engine record. This allows the user to manage engine changes on the aircraft.
Full Access to the Personnel Assignment tab gives the user visibility to see which personnel are tied to the accessed tail. The user is not able to click into other personnel other than themselves and access the full personnel profile. There is no difference between Read Only and Full Access for Personnel Assignment.
The Full Access user can apply Avionics Types to the aircraft. Avionics types are pulled from the list in Global Settings > General, which cannot be modified by this user.
Submit a request to Avianis Support to enable flight following for the aircraft when provided Full Access. This feature is an add-on service.
Full Access provides the user the ability to create, edit and review quoting contracts.
When provided Full Access, the user is able to create, edit and remove Shared Expenses.
A user with Full Access is able to create, edit and remove Agreements for the aircraft.
Full Access provides the user the ability to apply Aircraft Policies and fully manage all settings within the aircraft policy, i.e. Limit Amount, Auto Approval Configurations, Hard Stop Configurations, Trip Polices (for trip expenses) and Rules.
Full Access gives the user access to fully manage aircraft credit cards, i.e. create, edit and remove. If tied to record such as expenses, any user is unable to remove the card, but can make inactive.
With Full Access, the user is able to create, edit and remove purpose billings. Purpose billings are defined by type, which are created in Operations > Classifications > Purpose Types.
Full Access allows the user to create, edit and remove seller notes. Seller Notes are used for the sales side of the operation. These notes display on the quote document.
With Full Access, the user can fully manage the Flight Planning settings, i.e. Input, Edit and Remove. These settings relate to the Enhanced Flight Planning functionality, which support the calculation of flight times on quotes and trips.
The user can create and apply Emergency Equipment for reference.
When given Full Access, the user is able to input all mx module parameters, i.e. warning/critical, days/hours/landings, send times in hours/hobbs, send totals from verified legs only, and authenticate the 3rd party maintenance integrations offered.
The Full Access user is able to create, defer and close a discrepancy. Allows full management to edit dates, set the pilot, technician, vendor, edit the description, alter the deferral type, category, deferral details, note restrictions, etc. Additionally, the user can upload documentation to a discrepancy and view closed discrepancies.
The Full Access user is able to create, reset and make inactive inspection items. All essential details such as the description, engines, inspection type, profile type, frequencies, and comments within an inspection item can be edited. In addition, the user can view active and inactive inspection items.
When given Full Access, the user is able to create and manage job cards. When an inspection item is created a job card is automatically generated, enabling the user to manage the job and take the aircraft out of service. In addition, the user is able to view Open and Completed job cards.
In Integrations > Wyvern, when provided Full Access, the user is able to set the aircraft Amenities and Equipment. The designated items are sent to Wyvern through the integration.
The Full Access user can access the Aircraft Component section within the profile tab and has the ability to create, edit, remove, and make inactive an APU Component. This allows the user to manage APU changes on the aircraft.
