There is a known issue with Fuelerlinx and certain browser settings for 'accepting cookies and website data.' This issue causes the Fuelerlinx tab within trips to not show information, in addition it will cause the Fuelerlinx section of the application to show the main Fuelerlinx login page despite login credentials having already been input. The issue can be further misleading to the customer by continually prompting them to login.
This issue is caused by the browser setting that determines how cookies and website data are accepted. This setting regardless of browser needs to be set to 'Always Allow.' The example below shows the correct setting in Safari.
