Cost center/business units are an option for an operation to define and assign on the leg level for reporting and billing purposes.
Create Cost Centers
- Go to Operations > Settings > Classifications
2. Create New
3. Input the name if the Cost Center/Business Unit and assign the customer (account).
Note: When a customer is associated to a cost center, the associated cost center and any cost centers that don't contain a customer association are available to select from within a trip.
Assign Cost Centers to a Trip
- Access a trip
- On the overview page, select the applicable cost center/business unit
Reporting on Cost Centers
- Access Operations > Reports
The Passenger Analysis Report includes cost center/business units.
