Click the '3 dots' in the upper right corner of your Chrome window. Then select Settings.

Click "Privacy and security" on the left hand side menu. Then select option "More" which will expand more items. Scroll down to Send a "Do Not Track" request with your browsing traffic" and make sure that it is toggled to OFF/grey.

While still in Privacy and security within Settings scroll up and select "Site Settings".

Then select "Cookies and site data"

Confirm the following:

  1. "Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)" is set to ON/blue.

  2. "Block third-party cookies" is set to OFF/grey.
