Understanding the Assigned To and Send Notification settings

Notifications can be triggered to send to an individual or group each time a specified Service Template is created within a trip, as well as when changes are made to the trip, provided the Change Control Options settings are in use.

When the trip is created an email notification is sent notifying the assignee that they have been assigned a service request and will include details about the service and flight.

Depending on which Change Control Options settings have been activated, when changes matching the settings are made the assignee will receive a Status Change email.
