When a new exchange rate related to the currency in an existing quote becomes available, an 'Update Exchange Rates' button with the message "New exchange rates are available" becomes visible on the quote.

Click on the button to update the exchange rate. A window pops up providing details on the existing and new exchange rate.

The user has the option to preserve the current exchange rate on the quote as well, even when a new exchange rate is available.

Additional Line Items added to the quote will use the exchange rate that was effective at the time the quote was created. even if a newer rate is available. The user will have the option to update the exchange rate(s) to the most current.
