The following updates have been added to the mobile app:

  • Contact Support

  • Password reset

  • Background updates to support a future new feature



Contact Support

The mobile app has been updated with an embedded feature to contact the Support team directly from the mobile app. The Support contact option is located within the Settings tab of the mobile app. From the Intercom interface, users can search for help articles and initiate a support chat by clicking the Send us a message button. Password Reset

The option to reset password has been added to the mobile app. Users no longer have to use the web version of the platform to reset their passwords. The "Forgot Password" option can be found on the log-in screen and is used to generate a password reset link to the user's email address. For more information refer to Pilot Mobile App.
