1. Log out of Avianis.

2. Click on the 3 dots in the Upper Right Corner > More Tools > Clear browsing data *Note you can utilize Ctrl + Shift + Del as a shortcut to access Clear browsing data

3. Clear your entire browsing history, data, and cache

4. Close your browser

5. Open a new browser

6. Log into Avianis and try again
